Can someone tell me how to add a pic on the left of my post, and how to edit my signature.

Go to Profile --> Avatar

You can change avatars settings in Administration --> Settings --> Features -->  User avatars (upload and size settings)

how to edit my signature

Go to Profile --> Signature

You can change signatures settings in Administration --> Settings --> Features -->  User signatures and signature content
